We respect your right to control your data. Submit the form below and we will process your request. We may email you to verify your identity before removing information, to make sure we act on the right person's request.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, Recordwell automatically honors it for that browser by disabling optional analytics and advertising storage. You do not need to submit this form for the browser-level opt-out. Use the form when you want access, correction, or removal of a Recordwell result.

Send a privacy request

Choose the request type and submit your details. Removal and review requests use an email link; do-not-sell-or-share is recorded immediately.

For removal and review requests, by submitting you confirm the information is about you or that you're authorized to act on their behalf. For do-not-sell-or-share, we use the submitted name and email only to record and match the preference. See our Privacy Policy.

How removal works

  • We confirm your request and, if needed, verify your identity by email.
  • We block the matched identity from results, purge current searchable stores, and carry suppression into future index builds. Limited request, security, and legal records may remain.
  • Response deadlines depend on the request type and applicable law. Do-not-sell-or-share is recorded on submission; removal and review status links show dates and progress.

Important note about original sources

Recordwell organizes lawfully available or licensed information and open public web pages. Removing your data from Recordwell does not remove information published elsewhere, including by other data brokers, social networks, or independent websites. To reduce your exposure broadly, you may also need to contact those publishers directly.
